PRODUCTION
AND DELIVERY TIME:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For one-of-a-kind
purses, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Limited
edition purses are made to order, so please allow 3-4
weeks for delivery. If you are in a bind and need something
sooner than that, please contact me and we will work
something out.
RETURN
POLICY:
In order to return a product, you must contact Cila
Designs immediately upon receipt of your shipment either
via email (ciladesign@cox.net) or telephone (401-486-7390).
Cila Designs must receive the returned item, including
any original tags and receipts, within 7 business days
after notification of your intent to return the item.
Once Cila Designs has received the item in its original,
unused condition, you will receive a full refund for
the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non refundable.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the
product in its original condition, including incurred
return shipping costs. Cila Designs is not responsible
for items lost or damaged during shipping.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges may be made if the product is in its original,
unused condition, including any tags and receipts, and
if it has not been more than 30 calendar days since
the date of purchase. Please contact Cila Designs with
your intent to exchange the item. At that time, the
item you wish to have in exchange will be placed on
hold until Cila Designs has received the original item
you purchased and has verified that it is in its original,
unused condition. If you are unsure about which product
you would like in exchange Cila Designs will issue a
product credit. The buyer assumes all responsibility
for shipping costs. Cila Designs is not responsible
for items lost or damaged during shipping.
PRIVACY
POLICY:
I will never sell or give out your personal information
to third parties.
**Due to the variation in color on computer monitors,
the colors you see on your screen may appear differently
than the colors of the actual item.
